For the last several years I led Mindful Goal Setting for my colleagues, and I am so excited to bring this expanded Series to life in 2024. It has been a dream of mine to lead something like this and I am thrilled you are considering joining me in January.

Part 1: Set Mindful Goals

January 9, 2024 at 4 PM PT / 7 PM ET

This first session is dedicated to setting our intentions and desires for 2024 by uncovering our Authentic Selves through the powerful practices of visualization, guided meditation, and the integration of the Laws of Attraction.

Through our exercises together you will be able to set mindful intentions for the new year in the form of written goals that align with your true desires and purpose. We will practice writing clear statements of intention that excite and inspire you.

Part 2 - Visualize Your Desires

January 16, 2024 at 4 PM PT / 7 PM ET

The second session is all about visualizing your desires! Join us for a hands-on vision board workshop where your intentions come to life.

We will learn about the power of visualization and how a daily meditation practice can support manifesting your best life. During our time you’ll craft a visual masterpiece that serves as a daily reminder of your aspirations.


Part 3: Design Routines and Rituals

January 23, 2024 at 4 PM PT / 7 PM ET

Step into Part 3 as we explore the art of creating routines and rituals to support your intentions.

We’ll delve into the difference between rituals and routines and how to strike the right balance between the two in your life. You’ll be inspired by different options you can incorporate into your day-to-day that align with your goals and bring consistency to your journey. You’ll leave with a set of routines and rituals that leave you feeling inspired and cared for.


Part 4: Take Mindful Action

January 30, 2024 at 4 PM PT / 7 PM ET

In the final part of our series, we bring it all together! Discover the magic of mindful action as you learn how to organize, prioritize, and execute your goals with intention on a regular basis, and in a way that feels safe and comfortable.

You’ll receive resources and frameworks that can help you enact your goals on daily/weekly/monthly/yearly basis...and only in a way that feels easeful to you.
