Implemented and improved a 5 phase process for creating, developing and launching new products for the business, facilitated using Basecamp and Slack. Launched 4 new solutions in 6 months, with more in development.

Designed and implemented a bespoke project management / leadership program for optimized project delivery across consulting projects. Included checklists, templates and guidelines for project Kick-Off, Delivery and Close, leading to clarity in client communication, refined internal operations, and improved consultant experience moving through projects.

Improved process for Automated Reporting Technology (ART) request and delivery of custom Tableau dashboards by creating streamlined forms (using Microsoft Excel, Adobe) for enhanced requirement gathering. Additionally developed templatized Tableau workbooks to cut development time of new dashboards in half.

Facilitated regional price increase across 30+ beer distributors and 100s of SKUs generating +$22M to the business. Coordinated strategy, recommendations, communication, and final pricing models for a successful result.
