Here is what you can expect as we peel back the layers to your problems and implement solutions:

Through Discovery Sessions I’ll spend time with you (and members of your team) to learn about your current state. Together, we’ll identify your biggest pain points, which are usually the areas ripe with opportunity.

Here I’ll follow the IDEO Design Thinking methodology by forming a “How might we…?” question as we open our minds to the possibilities of where improvements can be made. For example, “How might we optimize the communication flow between our sales and delivery teams?” or “How might we ease the day to day experience of our report development team?”

Through ideation I’ll propose creative solutions to our “How might we…?” question. This will involve brainstorming as we expand and then converge ideas to hone in on the most viable solutions.

After ideation, we’ll design the elements of our Minimum Viable Process (MVP) - choosing approachable and manageable changes that we can implement for maximum impact. After this phase, you’ll have a plan and timeline for changes to test in your business.

After choosing solutions we want to test, we’ll begin to incorporate elements of our Minimum Viable Process (MVP) into your workflow. By monitoring user feedback and results, we’ll determine what modifications we want to make as we hone in on the final solutions.

After testing our MVP, we’ll refine our final process and create a plan to incorporate into your workflow and scale to a larger team, if necessary.

Finally, I’ll guide you and your team through implementing your new process at scale. With the right education you and your team will feel empowered operating your new process.
