I have led mindful goal setting and intentional visioning for several years in various forms. It has been a dream of mine to lead something like this and I am thrilled you are considering joining me in January.

What to expect: During our time I’ll guide you through reflection on the previous year, meditation and visualization, and mindful intention setting for the year to come. My hope is that you’ll leave this experience with heart full of joy and optimism for what you can create in your life this upcoming year.
What to bring: Yourself, an open mind and heart, pen and paper, and anything to make your setting as cozy as possible (blankets, tea, candles, soothing music, etc.)
